St. Petersburg Sports Complex Collapses During Dismantling
A sports complex in St. Petersburg, Russia, collapsed on January 31, 2020, while it was being dismantled. Workers had been cutting cables connecting the roof to the exterior structure. A construction cradle had been sent up to the roof, and the structure collapsed during the work.
