Second Tank Collapse Triggers Major Blast at Matanzas Port
A major blast at the Matanzas storage port occurred when the walls of the second tank deteriorated and collapsed, spilling burning fuel. The third tank had not exploded at the time, but it was compromised by the blast and its upper fuel layer caught fire.
