Russian Military Test Missile Explodes After Launch
Video has emerged of a Russian military test missile launch exploding moments after launch and crashing to earth in a huge fireball. The extraordinary video is believed to show a major Russian missile launch failure soon after launch. A monumental firework display lit-up the night sky at Kapustin Yar rocket launch and development site in the Astrakhan region, east of Volgograd. Reports - not confirmed by the Russian defence ministry - initially suggested a failed launch of a S-300 Favorit (Favourite) military missile system. However a report by lenta.ru news site claims the failed launch from Vladimir Putin’s rocket forces was an S-350 Vityaz and that the hushed-up incident was on December 7. |

Re: Russian Military Test Missile Explodes After Launch
Looks like a solid-fueled rocket, probably with aluminum mixed as part of the propellant, (due to the bright white light.) We blow rockets up all the time, too, you know.
