Mobile Crane Goes Over While Lifting a Billboard
A mobile crane lifts a large billboard panel off its posts beside a highway. The hook is not directly under the boom tip, and a worker on the ground is hauling at the panel by hand to swing it round. The crane tips and the billboard comes down with it. The location and date were not identified in the footage and no injuries were reported.
