High-rise Fire in Al Nahda, Sharjah
A fire broke out at a high-rise residential building in Al Nahda, Sharjah. The cause was not known, and an investigation was underway. The building has 10 parking levels. A family living on the 17th floor escaped by descending 26 flights of stairs and was unharmed. Residents were not allowed back into their apartments while the investigation continued.
