Grenfell Tower Fire Killed 72 in London
Grenfell Tower in London caught fire on June 14, 2017, after a refrigerator caught fire. The blaze rapidly spread to combustible exterior panels that had been installed in 2016. Seventy-two people were killed and 74 were injured. After the fire, 328 buildings were identified with the same unsafe cladding. As of June 14, 2019, 221 still had it.  ·
