Graniteville Train Collision Releases Chlorine Gas, 2005
On January 6, 2005, two cargo trains collided in Graniteville, South Carolina, releasing chlorine gas into the area. Nine people were killed, and more than 250 people were treated for chlorine gas exposure.  ·
