Glass Panel Falls After Vacuum Lift Detaches
A glass vacuum lift failed while handling a large panel. Additional ropes had been tied around the glass as a secondary restraint, but the detachment occurred above them, between the crane connection and the vacuum lifting device. The panel fell and shattered.
