Flight 216 Crash Kills Evansville Basketball Team
Flight 216 crashed, killing the University of Evansville basketball team members aboard. The only team member not on the flight was killed in an automobile wreck two weeks later. A memorial called "The Weeping Basketball" stands at the center of the university campus.  ·
