Fire at Monacillo Transformer Yard Cuts Puerto Rico Power
A fire broke out at the Monacillo transformer yard in Puerto Rico, causing a major power outage. Around 700,000 people were reported without electricity. Luma estimated repairs would take approximately six to eight hours.
