Explosion and Fire at South Philadelphia Refinery
An explosion was reported at about 4:25 a.m. at the Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinery in South Philadelphia. The blast and fire were visible from the Walt Whitman Bridge. Reports described a massive fire and multiple explosions. Interstate 76 was closed.  ·
