Electrifying Scene
My thought is that the truck going by, pulled down a power line which arced outwards killing one of the Two closest to camera viewer. Boy attempts to help the closest one down, but gets zapped when he touches him/her. |

The video partially skips through what happened. But there's definitely some type of an exposed power line laying on the ground
