Ive personally been with this Russian oil industry 2012 & 2015 and experienced first hand the harsh conditions those Russians in the 'oil sector' have to work. The payment is shit .. okay its slightly higher than a busdriver, teacher or whatever gets on monthly basis.

But the fatalities are also alot higher, and so is the alcohol consumption! 9 out of ten truckdrivers was fuckedup drunk.. they don't give a fuck about themselves and everyone nows they get fucked over by their bosses who earn the big money.

Really? Yeah its dangerous work, everything is dirty and greasy, it's always hot and smelly, plus your wearing lots of gear. Then you have tools that are big and heavy, then you have the pumping to keep up with. The boss is told to never stop also because it's all money.
