I doubt it was a shortcut.. So he probably was still alive since He hit the brakes a few times somewhere after the first bang. From 15 to 25 seconds into the video you see them flashing, just when the smoke became more intense.. Probably suffocating  |

Premature Cremation Situation. If it was in the US I would bet on a hot crack pipe or mini meth lab being involved. But it's China... Probably caused by Static Cling in his Pants from rubbing on the seat.

At a certain point I was hoping the driver would NOT get pulled out. God forbid he should survive 3rd & 4th degree burns to 100% of his body. What a horrible way to die.

I don't think so. You can see the brake lights go on and off several times, probably as the guy is spasming in his seat and flailing his feet around. But it doesn't last long. |
