~ This is another instance where a rookie is hired to do the job of a professional. ~ The crane driving crawler belts were not positioned parallel to the anticipated position of the excavator being lifted, so when the crane cab repositioned toward it's left , the center of gravity shifted, which caused the crane to tilt towards it, & lose control. |
