Philippines, A concrete wall lining a canal collapsed after being damaged by floods from Typhoon Vamco. P A woman was cleaning mud from her house that had been submerged by the typhoon when she noticed the ground shaking. She was worried that the house could collapse into the water as it is only a few inches from the eroded portion of the structure. |
