In China, the building of China Telecom in Changsha is powerfully blazing. Dozens of people can stay inside The fire was recorded at approximately 15:30 local time (10:30 Moscow time). The flame spread along the facade of the skyscraper, covering more than 10 floors. The number of victims is currently unknown.  ·  ·
