ChemTool Fire Destroys Rockton Facility, June 14, 2021
A fire at the ChemTool facility in Rockton, Illinois, began on June 14, 2021, and burned for multiple days. The smoke plume was visible in satellite imagery and extended north as far as Madison, Wisconsin. Cleanup work later found the facility had been completely destroyed.  ·
