DR. At 12:30 midnight on February 1, authorities concluded the search, rescue and recovery efforts for the five workers trapped after the collapse of a building under construction on San Miguel Street, in the Villa Nazaret sector.

The collapse occurred shortly after noon on January 31, when the three-story structure gave way. According to the official report, the first level served as a parking lot, while the two upper floors were under construction for rental apartments.

Three people rescued alive. Two bodies recovered without vital signs.

Authorities have indicated that they will provide details about the identity of the victims in the coming hours, while investigations continue to determine the causes of the collapse.

Rescue teams, emergency units and volunteers worked tirelessly in the disaster area to help those affected recover.
