Another Chinese Kid W/ Firecrackers - Another Manhole Cover Blown
When Will They Learn.   On the afternoon of January 18, a child plays with a firecracker at the entrance of Wangfu Linlou, Riverside Road, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, causing a sewer explosion. The block paving around the well cover were instantly blown off by the shock waves of the blast. The cause of the accident is still under further investigation. |

not many chances of that happening here in the Philippines. Most of ours are uncovered, making most of the areas here stink a lot.
