2013 Glasgow Police Helicopter Crash Killed 10 at The Clutha
On November 29, 2013, a police helicopter carrying three crew members crashed into the roof of The Clutha pub in Glasgow. The pilot had ignored emergency low-fuel warnings. All three crew members and seven people in the pub were killed. Thirty-one people were injured. The AAIB report was published in 2015, and a later Scottish Courts and Tribunals inquiry required police helicopters to carry recording devices.
