On June 1, 1979 the victim was seen leaving her residence at 7929 S. 70th E. Avenue. The victim got into a maroon 1976 Chevy Monte Carlo with no hubcaps and damage to the driver’s side. The vehicle was driven by a white male. The victim got into the vehicle with the subject whom she apparently believed had hired her for a modeling job. On June 11th the victim’s body was recovered in Wagoner County, south of Highway 51 on Old Porter Road on the westside of Old Porter Road. The vicitm died from gunshot wounds The victim's body was set on fire. Police believe that her case could possibly be tied with Patricia Palmer's as both women had placed ads in the Tulsa world. Re: The Murder of Lisa Ann Henderson in Wagoner County, Oklahoma
My father worked this case. It bothers him deeply to this day that he never found the fucker that did this. I've seen the orginal investigation photos and notes. I remember when i was about 15 I decorated my bedroom in all purple. My dad came in and said "oh my god all this purple is just like Lisa's room was." That day was only the 2nd time I saw my dad cry ever. All the evidence was washed away by heavy storms. And it was. I've seen photos of her remains and the Skelton was very white and looked washed clean . But it was all from the heavy rain.
