Re: Jessica Heeringa Missing from North Shores Since 2013
It looks like this case may be reaching a conclusion soon. I would like to think a positive outcome can be reached, but given the time scale coupled with the recent(ish) arrest of Willis, whose modus operandi seems to tie in with Heeringas disappearance, coupled with his locality to the crime scene and his questionable whereabouts on the day, I think a worse case scenario is sadly more likely.

Re: Jessica Heeringa Missing from North Shores Since 2013
This story is too creepy, I could have been this woman. Well, not that I live anywhere near there or that it would have been the same guy. However I once was the lone closing gas station worker. I 1000% that it should be illegal for companies to allow one person for nights. There was always a trusted man known by the crew I worked with. Who would come in every night until I closed and watch me get in my car and drive away. |

I agree. What they could do is use his further confessions of murders/locations of bodies as a bargaining tool, to avoid the death penalty. He may crave the attention enough to give authorities more information that way. Or perhaps he will actually want to live, and tell them more for that reason, who knows. What a sad and infuriating case. (yet another one) |

Re: Jessica Heeringa Missing from North Shores Since 2013
I haven't had the time to keep up with this lately. Getting all the work in that I can before winter hits. But anyway, looks like the latest news from Sept says he has been formally charged with Jessica Heeringa's death. I feel they have enough circumstantial evidence to easily take him to trial and win, but I really hope to see a full confession from him regardless. http://woodtv.com/2016/09/20/prosecu...heeringa-case/ |

Re: Jessica Heeringa Missing from North Shores Since 2013
This is a bit of a stretch. It if other employees suspected her if being s theif why was she still working there AND... if the folks on the motorcycles felt is necessary to follow the van for that long and didn't take the plates down? It was important enough to follow but not think to take down down plates?? Come on.

Re: Jessica Heeringa Missing from North Shores Since 2013
Such a sad tale regarding a beautiful woman. For a short time, I worked at a gas station. Mind you, I'm 6'3" and 300lb w/CCW. It's not the same situation as her, but I remember several sketchy people that gave me the heebie-jeebies. I hope she is found alive. Hope is free, so don't give it up until you have to. |

Sounds like she was outside smoking and it was an opportunistic abduction. the person prob knew no cameras. it stands out that the owners were in the area and seen something suspicious and followed the van, but stopped following it.hmmm
