James Earl Files is allegedly a former Central Intelligence Agency/Mafia hit man who claims to have been the grassy knoll shooter in Dealey Plaza on the morning of the assassination of U.S. President John F. Kennedy. Could not find any information that shows what exactly he is in prison for right now, but this guy sure has one heck of a checkered background.
