Him and that Michael Wingo guy...some of the sickest people around.  It must have been pretty scary being a helpless patient in a hospital bed and having someone who is suppose to take care of you inject you with lethal amounts of drugs. Even worse is that the health care system that's supposed to keep a track of these people fails to do so because they don't want to face the consequences of these people's actions. In both of these cases, they should have been caught long before they killed as many people as they did.
