I always wondered how the perp could kill all 4 without waking everyone & some trying to escape. It turns out that 2 of the girls were really drunk & the dude was high as fuck on some kind of amphetamines (Ritalin, etc.?).

Interesting, I had seen theories that Kaylee Goncalvez was the main target due to the brutalization of her face but I'd never heard of the petechial hemorrhages indicating she was also strangled before dying.
