As a person who had a loved one, murdered.. I like how courts and the law is used to give justice to the people. At least try to. |

Oh BS. Without exception, every criminal court proceeding that I have seen in person has been tainted by liberal judges who refuse to hold criminals accountable for their actions, and legal teams who work to exclude principled jurors. The legal system should eliminate law school/bar exams, and simply certify lawyers based on willingness to agree to the deep pockets rule and the split the baby rule as opposed to weighing the evidence and assigning guilt. |

I have n my life been much of a boot licker giving blind trust and full support to all public servants and the government in general, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. However over the past few years my eyes have seen the tyrant's and the police behaving more like a occupying force rather than protecting and serving. In terms of court justice. I am in no way suggesting perfection but I think it's fair to say that as far as we know this government is the first of it's kind in history. The problems with other systems worked little and we find ourselves having to work thru kinks and iron out loopholes and play with ideas that will help us determine if this new system is able to hold up to the pressures and challenges of modern society. |
