Vine Street Expressway Flooded After Hurricane Ida
Philadelphia's Vine Street Expressway was heavily flooded on September 2, 2021, after Hurricane Ida. The expressway runs in a trench through the city between the Schuylkill and Delaware rivers. Surrounding buildings were reported to be untouched.  ·  ·  ·
