Just to get this straight... Normal Filipino despise dog cat and reptile meat. only those addicts and drunkards prefer to eat those along with their liquors because they're too lazy to save up for food to go with their booze before their drinking sessions. Funny thing some concerned citizens found out... American Government and Canadian Government gave a lot of donations to the PI then came the issue that what aid they gave is not even half of what they took from their respective government's funds. Politicians are the same whatever country they're in. using disasters like these to improve their own financial portfolios.
