Typhoon Yagi Hits Northeastern Vietnam
Super Typhoon Yagi made landfall on Vietnam's northeastern coast on Saturday after causing destruction in the Philippines and China's southern Hainan province. The storm brought heavy rain across industrial zones and residential neighborhoods. A dam discharge triggered a landslide and flooding, and the rains triggered severe flooding and landslides in China and Vietnam.
