Typhoon Flooding Hits Shanghai During Morning Rush
Shanghai was heavily affected by a powerful typhoon that brought torrential rain and flooding across the city. The rain was intense and continuous, causing significant problems during the early morning rush hour. Some areas recorded cumulative rainfall of more than 180 millimeters, a level rarely seen outside typhoon season.
