Tornado Hits Russian Town Making Walking Crane Walk and Crash
Mobile phone footage filmed in the city of Syktyvkar, the capital of the eastern Komi Republic, Russia shows a devastating tornado which rocked the city on Wednesday evening. The tornado damaged the roof of several buildings and uprooted trees from their roots as well destroying fences and causing a walking crane to crash down. There were no reports of casualties or injures. An industrial plant was destroyed. The damage amounted to 10 million rubles. |
