click on the eartquake location dot, then on the link at the bottom left that pops up and then select PAGER from the menu on the left.

PAGER calculates, the strength of the quake, density of the population, structural vulnerability and historical trends. (Mainly the last one i guess)

in San Antonio de los Altos, Los Salias municipality, Miranda state the android Google earthquake alert gave a couple a few seconds to take cover. Too bad they forgot the cat but they all survived.
