Shopping Plaza Roof Collapses Due to Strong Winds and Rain
In the delegation Otay Centenario, in Tijuana, Baja California, there was a tragedy, since one person died and four more were injured during Tuesday December 14 after the roof of a shopping plaza collapsed of that area. According to local media, after the accident f600 people were evicted for security reasons that they were in the mall; Firefighters, Civil Protection and elements of the Mexican Army attended the situation to support the rescue and police teams. First reports indicate that the roof structure collapsed due to the heavy rains and strong winds that were registered in the city from an early hour. It should be noted that due to rainfall, two other people reportedly died in the city when they were swept away by the water and sucked down the sewers. |
