River Torrent Sweeps Fuyang District in Hangzhou
Sudden heavy rain hit Fuyang District in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, on July 22, 2023. Reports said a narrow river quickly swelled into a rapid torrent, overflowed its banks, and entered homes along its path. The floodwaters displaced several vehicles.
