Heavy Rain Floods Almería, Roads Closed
Heavy rainfall hit the province of Almería on November 11, causing severe flooding, road closures, and major disruption across the region. The Flood Emergency Plan was activated in its pre-emergency phase. Reports described highways turning into rivers, damaged roads, and a car being swept away. The heaviest water accumulations were reported around El Ejido, Vícar, and Balanegra.
