Yeah, shit happens, even on a good day..If they put all the millions of dollars GIVEN to them to good use they would have a country that is structurally sound. Though you can't blame that on the population as a whole, their government is inept. They build without any plans, they just slap shit up and hope for the best. Crazy, they are like my 40 year old uncle that lives with my grandparents, we need to let them hit rock bottom so they will learn instead of handing everything to them.
