Flooding Hits Multiple Cities in Liaoning
From July 13 to 14, Liaoning Province in northeastern China was hit by one of its most intense rainfall events of the current flood season. Torrential rain affected multiple cities, causing widespread urban flooding, major traffic disruptions, and the large-scale relocation of residents. Authorities activated emergency flood-control measures as heavy rain continued across the region.
