Flash Flooding Submerges Streets and Cars in Chongqing
In the early morning of July 21, central Chongqing saw a sudden period of short-term heavy rainfall. The downpour caused water to accumulate in several areas of the main city, submerging streets and cars. Traffic was disrupted and damage was reported.
