Family's surveillance cameras rolling as tornado hits West Liberty
It is a dramatic look at the tornado that hit one week ago today, unlike any we've seen before.

Quote:
This is the dramatic moment a tornado ripped through a house in a small U.S town leaving a trail of devastation.
The terrifying footage was captured on CCTV which recorded the entire disaster from multiple angles as it happened in West Liberty, Kentucky.
The surveillance system, made up of seven cameras, belonged to Randy Risner and his wife Norma who took cover in their basement from the deadly storms.

He told WKYT: 'I would compare it to hell.
'It didn't sound like a train, it sounded like thunder, and kept getting louder and louder. You could actually feel the ground shaking.'
Despite the strength of the tornado, the family home remained standing but the workshop was destroyed.
The CCTV also shows the roof of their neighbour's home peeling off like a sardine can.

The violent storms hit at least a dozen states, killing 20 people in Kentucky, 14 in Indiana, three in Ohio, and one each in Alabama and Georgia earlier this month.
The National Weather Service said the four twisters to hit Kentucky were the worst in the region in 24 years.
In Indiana, an EF-4 tornado - the second-highest on the Fujita scale that measures tornado force - with 175mph winds hit the town of Henryville, and stayed on the ground for more than 50 miles.
Three tornadoes in Kentucky had wind speeds up to 160mph. The storms left behind a trail of shredded sheet metal, insulation, gutted churches and crunched-up cars.
The devastating tornadoes came after another round of storms which killed 13 people in the Midwest and South.
They were just the latest in a string of severe-weather episodes ravaging the American heartland in the past year.
