After the winter storm and blizzard conditions moved out of Wright County, cleanup began on Interstate 94 near Hasty, between Saint Cloud and the Twin Cities metro.

The Minnesota State Patrol and MN-DOT were not supporting vehicle recovery overnight unless a crash was blocking the road, so wrecks were left until after the storm.

Reported scenes from pre-dawn and mid-morning included a Blizzard Warning sign at the Hasty exit, an SUV in the ditch, a semi truck rolled over in the center ditch, and other vehicles left in ditches along I-94.

In daylight, a crew used heavy equipment to recover the rolled semi near the Hasty exit. They removed the truck's contents, produce, disposed of it in dumpsters, then prepared to lift the empty trailer and tractor back onto their wheels.

Other crashes included a semi in the ditch east of the Hasty exit, a vehicle in the ditch west of Hasty, and another new crash just west of the Hasty exit.
