Aspen Acres Fire Grows Rapidly Near Rye, Colorado
The Aspen Acres Fire grew rapidly after igniting near Rye, Colorado, on June 29, 2026. Scenes from the area showed fire burning behind a house, evacuees leaving with flames nearby, and trucks with trailers carrying animals for evacuation. A roadblock was in place as smoke and fire were visible on a mountain in the distance, with a firetruck seen near smoke moving across the terrain. Later views showed a smoke plume and fire burning at twilight.

Staying in a little place called Scotland, wildfires, and Tornados i find especially frightening, for the sheer speed and unpredictability of them, we have a wildfire out of control up in the Highlands just now, nothing compared to the devastating ones you lot get
