that's some crazy shit. could have clipped a high-rise building etc.
loads of people have a dashcam in Taiwan so added 2 vids and bet more will emerge later on.

This cab was clipped by the descending plane.
If that cab driver was going 1km/h faster, he'd surely be killed. Very fortunate.

Ih, just heard that engine flameout was expected to be the cause. But these planes are able to fly on one engine. Wonder what made them lose that much control.
A high angle of attack, and the resulting stall/spin!
