Rockwell International 112 N12RX Accident Near Miami, FL
A Rockwell International 112, a single-engine aircraft registered N12RX, was substantially damaged in an accident near Miami, Florida, on April 18, 2023. No injuries were reported. The accident was caused by failure of the right main landing gear due to inadequate hydraulic pressure. The pressure loss resulted from a torn O-ring that had been installed on the hydraulic pack's check valve during overhaul.
