On October 25th, a tragic incident occurred in northern Rio Grande do Sul, resulting in the loss of two crew members, aged 33 and 34.

The aircraft, owned by the 'Passo Fundo' company, was a single-engine plane that had landed at the local airport for refueling. However, after takeoff, it crashed approximately 300 meters beyond the runway's end.

Investigations into the crash revealed several contributing factors. Firstly, the airplane was found to be overloaded, notably carrying bottles of vodka. Additionally, the takeoff took place with a tailwind, where gusts originated from behind the aircraft and moved towards the front.

The aircraft involved was a model manufactured by Embraer, designed to accommodate up to three people. It falls within the category of small aircraft and is commonly utilized in the executive aviation market.
