Plane Crash Kills Six in Belfast Ireland
A tragic plane crash occurred at Cork Airport in dense fog conditions, resulting in the deaths of six individuals, including a reported relative of the President of Ireland. The incident, which took place just before 10:00 GMT, also left six others injured. The commuter flight, operated by Manx2, had 10 passengers and two crew members on board when it crashed during its third attempt to land on the runway. The visibility challenges posed by the foggy conditions are believed to have played a significant role in the accident. Among the victims were two businessmen from Northern Ireland, a British national, a Spanish citizen, and the British co-pilot of the aircraft. The identities of the victims and their backgrounds are being investigated to provide a clearer picture of the loss suffered by multiple communities. Manx2, a regional airline, has been operating flights in the area and this crash raises concerns about flight safety under adverse weather conditions. The aviation authorities are expected to conduct a thorough investigation into the causes of the crash, focusing on factors such as weather conditions, pilot decision-making, and the aircraft's technical status. |

Re: Plane Crash Kills Six in Belfast Ireland
I know people only hear about the crashes, but I'm studying to be a pilot and shit like that either happens when the worse case scenario comes up or something goes horribly wrong with plane hardware, or the pilot's a complete moron...but most likely the first two, anyway, this dumbass probably ignored the minimums and descended too low when he didn't bust out of the fog. Sucks to be him |
