Piper PA28 N9139J Crash Near Lancaster, TN
On May 21, 2023, a single-engine Piper PA28, N9139J, crashed near Lancaster, TN, and sustained substantial damage. The two people aboard had minor injuries. The crash was caused by fatigue failure of an exhaust valve, which resulted in a partial loss of engine power.  ·  ·
