Piper PA-28-181 Overrun Near West Mifflin, PA
A single-engine Piper PA-28-181, N476TA, operated by ATP TAA LLC, was substantially damaged near West Mifflin, PA, on April 10, 2023. The student pilot was not injured. The accident was caused by the student pilot's decision to abort the takeoff and land on the runway without enough runway remaining, which resulted in a runway overrun.  ·  ·
