Iranian Sepehran 737
Iran, Tuesday 15 September - Sepehran 737 left Mashhad for Kermanshah around 5.30pm local. Tyre/tread came off just after takeoff, possible engine problem, they turned back and landed safe. Cabin video and cabin panels falling apart.
