Tragic footage shows a helicopter crashing just as it was about to take off. The helicopter crashed and was controlled by a flight trainer who was said to have lost control during a training session.
Visuals from closed-circuit cameras (CCTV) released by the United States National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) show the moment the helicopter made a sudden turn before bouncing off the runway and crashing.

The NTSB report found that the accident was caused by the flight trainer losing control while hovering, without any mechanical damage, and stated that the students and pilots suffered only minor injuries.
